How to Create Wave Beads
Have you wanted to learn how to make lampwork beads? Lets jump right in and make a wave bead and a tide pool bead! The first bead is a fun bead to make once you have mastered control over the glass and want to make something a little fancier. These wave beads are very popular on my website Perledivetro.com and they are so fun to make. We will take two rods of glass and a lentil press and with a little twist we will have a wave bead. The second bead will allow a little more artistic interpretation as we will use several transparent glasses, some sparkly dichoric, and some murrini to make this lovely bead with waves and eddies little tide pool creatures. Learn how to press the glass, move the glass to create the waved, and how to place the murrini. I hope you will join me while we dream about being on the beach.
