You don't need to login to watch. If the video is private it means that workshop is not available yet. It will start at the conclusion of the current live broadcast. Once that ends, refresh the page and the video will be available to you.

The chat is a third-party service so if you try to login with your Curious Mondo account it will not work. It is best for you to either login with your Facebook account (the better option because it shows your photo) or as a guest (in which case you'll be able to add your name.) It's saying the chat is full what do I do?
If it's full that means there are LOT'S of people, yay! You have to refresh the page (possibly a few times) until someone drops off so you can take their spot. Not to worry though, even though the chat is fun, it is unrelated to the actual video workshop, meaning, you can still watch the class because it is not impacted by the number of people in chat.

The workshops cannot be downloaded, however, you'll have unlimited access to them inside your Curious Mondo account. There is also the option to purchase a DVD set once you buy the symposium so that you can watch the symposium offline. The set comes with over 20 disks and it includes all of the workshops in the symposium.

Can I buy just the DVD set?
No. The DVDs cannot be sold separately from the symposium bundle. That means you'll have lifetime access to the workshops inside your curious Mondo account, as well as the DVD disks that will be shipped to your doorstep.

Why do the DVDs cost more than the symposium bundle?
Because the set comes with over 20 disks. It includes all of the symposium workshops plus the bonus classes. To put it in perspective though, when you purchase the symposium plus the DVD add-on, the cost per class is less than $5! Less than $5 bucks for specialized knowledge is pretty amazing.

I purchased the symposium, but how do I access the classes?
First, check your email. An email is sent to you 3 minutes after purchase with instructions on how to add the course to your Curious Mondo account. The email contains a link that you have to click on and talks about a button that you have to push. If you don't do those things the course won't get added automatically.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? Sometimes the system emails wiggle their way there. Also, check your "promotions" or "updates" tab if you're using Gmail, they like to go there too.
